Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their pricing plan at any time through the website to stop future payments. Cancellation applies only to future charges and does not affect already purchased or scheduled services. All appointments booked before the cancellation remain valid and must be used within the plan’s validity period. Each pricing plan is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused services are non-transferable, non-extendable, and have no cash value. All pricing plans are non-refundable, including partially used plans. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may be counted as redeemed sessions.
